Installing On a Windows 10 machine

Some versions (newer) of Windows 10 block .exe files that originated on another machine from executing. If you double click the TLC-Installer and nothing happens you should right-click the Installer icon and select ‘Properties’ on the menu that pops up. On the properties panel check the ‘Unblock’ box as shown here:
